虽说目前主要分布在湖南汉和四川汉当中,但也不能排除是历史时期北人南下带来的。唐代征服高句丽之后曾经把大量高句丽的王族和部众迁徙到中原和华中地区。

I directly have searched O1b2-K3 data using Y-STR match in academic article.

Is there a particular reason why Guangdong's frequency is slightly higher than Guizhou? In the OP you listed four Guizhou samples, but you only listed two samples from Guangdong.

Because frequency of this map is based on relative frequency.

It's well known that Guangdong has a much larger population than Guizhou, yet Guangdong only has two samples listed. So two divided by the number of people in Guangdong is certainly much smaller than four divided by the number of people in Guizhou. I don't see how Guangdong has a higher frequency of O1b2 than Guizhou.

Can you list the total number of samples tested in the Guangdong and Guizhou studies, as well as their respective frequencies of O1b2?

I see the logic behind ur reasoning. But in my opinion, in the case of Guangdong, the second study should be more representative than the first, since it has a much larger sample size.

I agree your opinion. But i can't exclude first Guangdog population, though sample size of the population is small, Because the population is also undeniable data.
